As of course you know by now, Limerick 95 broadcasts all over Europe via the Astra satellite, in association with Irish Satellite Radio. How do you receive us on satellite? What do you need?
Well first of all you'll need access to an "Astra" satellite dish. That's right, a satellite dish -and of course a television!! This is the most common satellite system in Europe. If you have a dish and can receive MTV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports and so on, the chances are you can receive Irish Satellite Radio. What you have to look for is a television channel called "VH1". This channel is a music channel, quite similar to MTV. When you find this channel, you'll know, because they have a small "VH1" logo in the top corner of the screen. Now change the audio channel with the remote control. You may wish to refer to your satellite receivers manual for this. Change your audio frequency to 7.92Mhz, and hey presto!!!
Irish national and Local news along with your favourite mix of music! It's that easy! We advise you to print a copy of this page and keep it for future reference.

Remember:- Irish Satellite Radio is listened to through your television, not your radio!
